The Extra 330LX is a foam aerobatic model whose uncompromising design is as advanced as that of its wooden counterparts.
All the components and construction elements are based on the best technologies: the wings are reinforced by a strong and light rolled carbon composite key, the fuselage is stiffened by a light and rigid "M-Frame" laser-cut wooden airframe.
Thanks to these innovations, the model is incredibly robust. It is designed to withstand the stresses of 3D and XA flight. The Extra 330LX is precise and agile, its flying qualities are neutral without the need for any special mixing. Healthy and efficient, the Extra 330LX makes it easy to learn new aerobatic tricks and to assimilate the right flying reflexes. The experienced aerobatic pilot can easily perform all the classic aerobatic tricks. The model reacts very accurately to snaps and rolls and maintains a stable position in torque-roll and harrier.

The Extra 330LX is the first foam model in which we have installed the high-end HiTEC D-series servos. These are characterized by their high precision (32 bit resolution), high torque (4kg x cm) and their proven soft-start.

The drive set has been modified and we have developed an extremely powerful propeller especially for the Extra 330 LX. We have only used high quality components for this model, which guarantees you the best possible performance and a lot of fun from the moment you take off.
The flaps of the Extra react immediately to the controls and make it a very "professional" model, the ideal machine for good pilots to train and improve their skills, or simply to have a relaxing flight.
