ORATEX white 2m

ORATEX IS A HEAT-SHRINKABLE POLYESTER FABRIC USED FOR INTERLINING MODELS AND LARGE SCALE MODELS.

Ease of application: the flexibility and 5% bi-directional shrinkage of the fabric used makes it easy to apply in corners and around curves.
Wrinkles are easily removed with a heat gun.
A standard application is done at about 100-120°C. At this temperature, the product practically retains its dimensions. If you increase the temperature, the product will start to shrink in proportion to the temperature used, i.e. 1% per 10°C. At 150°C the shrinkage will be about 5% longitudinally and vertically.
Adhesion capacity: the adhesive used allows a bonding of about twice that of other covering fabrics available on the market.
Exceptional resistance to snagging and perforation.
Surface treatment: the surface of ORATEX is treated against aggression due to fuels or oils.

ORATEX can of course be painted if desired but this is optional.
ORATEX is available in rolls of 2 meters and 10 meters in a choice of 8 colors
