Nylon screws are designed for mounting fenders, engine covers, etc.

They are available in seven sizes: M2, M2.5, M3, M4, M5, M6 and UNC 1/4", and in various lengths (10, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60mm).

The material used is nylon 6.6 (white or black depending on availability), which gives the threaded part considerably more rigidity than standard screws.
