The Tucano aircraft is one of Brazil's most famous. The military government considered aircraft to be strategic equipment and, in order to reduce dependence on foreign companies, the state-owned Embraer was created in 1969. A production license to assemble the MB.326 was acquired in 1970 to familiarize the company with military design. In 1973, the EMB-110 was introduced with a Pratt & Whitney PT6A twin engine, later shared with the Tucano.
Phoenix Model is proud to present the 90% pre-assembled Tucano GP/EP ARF. This aircraft is finely crafted from balsa and plywood and, as a result, has a fantastic flight. With materials of this quality, it's a model that flies very well.
The Tucano GP/EP ARF comes with an iron-on coating as seen here, and the fiberglass hood and cockpit are hand-painted to match. Wheels, fuel tank, engine mount and all accessories are included.
Flaps work for easy take-offs and landings. The Tucano GP/EP ARF is part of PHOENIX MODEL's comprehensive range of high-quality aircraft and accessories.
