A very popular category at RcFactory is the XL. All XL-sized aircraft already have very advanced flight characteristics, an inertia like a construction aircraft, and yet they are still made of EPP, which is virtually unbreakable in these dimensions. This gives the pilot the opportunity to learn all the autorotation tricks without fear of destroying his model.

An incredible advantage of this design is its resistance to mechanical damage while being weatherproof. The Laser XL has an in-flight weight of just under 800 g, which means that even the strongest winds are barely noticeable on the model.

After extensive testing, we have tested a completely new wing concept in this category. At fuselage level, the wing is glued with its entire contact area to the spine, making the model even more solid, and at the same time, thanks to the balancing flap at the tip of the aileron, the model is more controllable and at the same time the load on the servo is slightly reduced.

This time, there is no fully movable elevator on the model, to maintain maximum durability. The Laser XL remains very maneuverable above the elevator, thanks to the correct arrangement of the model's surfaces.
