The DAUNTLESS is one of the most famous aircraft of the navy, for its dive-bombing operations on the Japanese fleet in the Pacific.VQ Model has made a very faithful semi-model with these functional dive brakes.Canopy delivered "raw", can be cut by the modeler.Two laser cut machine guns to be mounted by the modeler.Pilot glued in place, machine gun delivered not installed.

Fuselage: fully built in balsa+CTP structure, finished, silk-screened PVC canvas with all model details.
Transparent PVC canopy, painted hoops. To be cut out and fixed with the supplied screws.
Painted WWII pilots
Engine cowling in fiberglass polyester, painted and decorated.
Wings: fully built in balsa+CTP structure, finished, silk-screened PVC canvas with all the model details. Designed for fixed gear, but it is possible to install the retractable gear (optional) without any modification. Ailerons and flaps completed.
Tailplanes: fully built in balsa structure, finished, silk-screened with all the details of the model.
Plastic (thermal) and wood (electric) engine mountings
Accessories: fuel tank, wheels, tail wheel, control rods, CAP landing gear, landing gear pants, false star engine, various fairings, screws and bolts, cockpit layout to be assembled, etc.

Illustrated assembly instructions.
Note: The standard canopy does not open as shown in the photos, and the cabin does not have all the details as shown in the photos. These modifications have been added for the demonstration model.
