The release agent should be at room temperature before processing. Before applying the first coating, the mold should be thoroughly cleaned. The release agent can be applied by hand (brush/rag) or by spray. Before polishing the mold surface, the release film must be dried. New or cleaned molds should be sealed with the release agent 5-6 times before filling the mold to obtain a good base coating.
