Peugeot 306 Maxi BT01 Tamiya

This version of the popular Peugeot 306 Maxi front-wheel drive was developed for rallying. Its front-mounted 2.0-liter naturally-aspirated engine produced 280hp, and its streamlined bodywork featured wider fenders and was extended by a roof spoiler. In addition to victories in France in 1996 and 1997, this car won the 1996 Monte Carlo Rally in its class, and took third place in the fifth and sixth rounds of the 1997 World Rally Circuit.
This RC kit combines the BT-01 two-wheel-drive chassis, this time with standard wheelbase, front engine / front-wheel drive (FF), with bodywork faithfully reproducing the Peugeot 306 Maxi.
