Tired of screws loosening due to vibration?
Tired of cracks in plastic or fiberglass hoods and canopies?
Here's something that will really help! A great product for all R/C drivers!
Ideal for hoods, canopies, engine mounts, etc. Use them wherever you want to use a standard washer (great vibration damper for engine mounts!). They're made of stainless steel on one side and neoprene rubber on the other. Excellent for protecting plastics or fiberglass. Also helps hold screws in place against vibration.
(Note that most 2mm screws will fit with #182BW4 anti-vibration washers. If your 2mm screw head is too small, simply use a #182582 servo screw which has an integral washer, or, use a standard washer first, then fit the anti-vibration washer!)
Using the same method above, you can easily adapt BW4, BW6, BW8 and BW10 anti-vibration washers to most metric screws and bolts (M2, M2.5, M3, M4 and M5).
