High-performance ECOTOP carbon propellers are molded in CNC-machined metal molds with uni-directional and bi-directional carbon fabric. uni and bi-directional carbon fabric pre-impregnated with epoxy resin, then cured in an oven.

They are then cured in an oven, and finished with a layer of transparent gel-coat.

Thanks to the carbon fiber cross-linked carbon fiber in the mold, the blades are particularly rigid, despite their extremely fine profile. This ensures exceptional performance!
