Compact, light, sturdy, docile for beginners, versatile for fans of semi-models, Pacer is a concentrate of Multiplex know-how for the greatest number of modellers!
The new MULTIPLEX PACER RR is a model inspired by the famous Piper PA 20 Pacer.
Piper PA-20 Pacers are lightweight, high-wing-reinforced aircraft produced by the American manufacturer Piper Aircraft after the end of the Second World War.
The Pacer is a four-seat evolution of the PA-17 Vagabond light aircraft. It has a tubular steel fuselage and fabric-covered aluminum wings, an architecture broadly similar to that of Piper's most famous aircraft, the Cub and Super Cub. Prized for its sturdiness, spacious cabin and impressive speed - for its time - many examples of this aircraft have stood the test of time and continue to fly today!
Multiplex PACER RR is made of ELAPOR®, a light, robust foam.
Assembly takes just a few minutes, without the use of glue. The wing spar is made of foam-injected fiberglass tubing, offering high strength at low weight.
The engine mount, landing gear and wing housings in the fuselage are made of sturdy injected and glued plastic. The landing gear consists of a white-lacquered aluminum hoop with two large 'Alaskan Bush' style foam rubber wheels.
Our electronic components are also pre-installed in the PACER:
- four Multiplex MS-12014- digi #1-02984 digital servos for control surface control,
- powerful ROXXY BL Outrunner C27-32-1000kV brushless motor #1-02985
- matching Multiplex MULTIcont BL-20 (20A) controller #1-02512.

With the optional recommended battery (ROXXY EVO-Lipo 3-2200 #1-02593) and the original propeller (a 10x4.7), the propulsion system has a long range and gives you lots of flying fun.
The PACER's flying characteristics are absolutely ideal for beginners.
They are also great fun for experienced pilots, making it the ideal model for the end of the day.
Thanks to the sturdy undercarriage and flexible wheels, take-offs and landings are possible on almost any terrain.
It is therefore ideal for training young (and not so young...) pilots.
In addition to its superb flying characteristics, it also looks great, especially in the air.
