The MGPS module detects the exact position of the model in spaceThe exact information about the altitude and distance of a model in space is extremely important for advising the pilot who controls this model remotely.Using the GPS satellite positioning system, the MGPS probe defines the exact position of the model and calculates the speed, altitude and distance from the point of origin, as well as the heading, azimuth and total distance covered.In order to record the measured data, the MGPS probe is equipped with a memory with an uninterrupted recording capacity of approximately 18 hours at a rate of one recording per second (MGPS version 8MB). For a simple analysis of the measured data, the probe keeps the minimum and maximum information which can be reviewed with the JETIBOX. A more detailed analysis of the measured data can be done by copying the data from the probe to a PC with the possibility to get the trajectory represented on a map or to perform other modes of analysis.With the help of the wireless Duplex link, the actual information from the MGPS probe can be transmitted and depicted in real time by the JETIBOX terminal.
