FMS FUTURA 64 mm EDF

The Futura FMS is an electric sport jet developed by FMS in conjunction with Tomahawk Aviation. Designed by a Sino-German engineering team, the Futura is the ultimate foam jet.

The Futura is certainly a pleasant surprise for those still hesitating between choosing a speed jet and an aerobatic jet. It offers high speeds, great handling and excellent flying qualities, much to the satisfaction of pilots wishing to enjoy a variety of flying styles such as free flight, competition training and aerobatics. The propulsion package consists of a high-torque 2840-kv3150 brushless motor, a high-stability 40A controller and a 2200 to 2600 mAh LiPo 4S battery (sold separately), which, coupled with 8 high-precision 9-gram servos installed in the wings, tailplanes and to steer the nosewheel, allows the pilot to try out a variety of flying techniques and enjoy the pleasure of high-speed flight. What's more, the Futura's wings and tailplanes have been pre-fitted with reinforcement strips, and the cabin is held firmly in place by a latch, allowing tight turns, rolls and flips to be performed without worry. The CNC-machined metal landing gear is extremely precise and robust, protecting the aircraft from hard landings.
