This Super Extra is our most revolutionary model to date. Designed by Jan Votava and Jan Sedlacek in close collaboration, the emphasis was placed on both flight characteristics and structural rigidity. The airframe is both solid and precise, to withstand the violent maneuvers this aircraft is capable of.
The huge ailerons, reinforced for torsional rigidity, enable an unprecedented roll rate. The full flying stab, uncommon in this indoor category, enables extremely tight loops "around the CG" - or should we say flips? All the above makes this aircraft unique, and we dare say one of the most attractive we've built to date.
With limited control travel, at around 30 degrees depending on the pilot's skill, the aircraft is always well behaved and predictable.
