Alex Aeronaut multi-task boat: work or research.the ALEX is a non-exact reproduction of a modern 14m multi-task boat. The model is based on a modern hull, planing hull, and therefore is very fast and maneuverable. The hull is made of plastic. All ABS parts are supplied laser cut and can be assembled and glued immediately. The hull is assembled at a yard in Depron. The motorization consists of two electric motors that can be controlled individually (2 Multi 25 drives) or together by one Multi 40. Two rudders ensure the steering. The rear mast can also be radio controlled. The towing system is strong enough to pull other boats. The cockpit is entirely made of mahogany parts. The instrument panel allows the lighting of many elements. All the lights in the model can be operated with 3mm LEDs. The research projector is assembled with ready-to-use parts, it is fully articulated. The reflector and LED are carefully adjusted and produce an exceptionally powerful and accurate beam. The model can be customized by the modeler as there is enough room in the hull for other controlled systems such as a bow thruster, lighting, sound system or winches.
