Machine bed: Cast iron with prismatic guide. For vibration-free operation, even at high loads. Device at the rear for mounting the PF 230 milling machine. Covered lead screw.

Shaft: Die-cast aluminum. Guided accuracy of the main spindle (concentricity without chuck 1/100 mm) with 10,5 mm opening. Hollow 70 mm chuck side drilled to 14 mm. With CM 2 adjustment. Switch for automatic feed selector, choice of 0,05 or 0,1 mm/rev.

Headstock: Die-cast aluminum. Pinole Ø 20 mm, extendable to 30 mm. With millimeter scale, CM 1 adjustment and rotating tip.

Support: Die-cast zinc bench. Cross slide and small steel slide (60 or 45 mm stroke). Rotating tool holder for turning steel size 8 x 8 mm.

Drive: Special low-noise DC motor with 3-speed belt drive for 300 - 900 and 3.000 rpm. With additional speed control (full-wave electronics), depending on the
belt drive on 100 - 300 or 1.000 rpm continuously adjustable. Right and left rotation. Relay switch with emergency stop function and restart protection.

Chuck: 3 jaws quality according to DIN 8386 class 1 (concentricity tolerance 0,04 mm). Clamping range with reversible jaws 2 - 75 mm. With chuck protection and safety stop.

Handwheels: Made of aluminum, with adjustable scale ring (1 bar = 0,05 mm, 1 turn = 1 mm).

Threading equipment: With changeover crank for left and right-hand threads with main scale (pitch 0,5 - 0,625 - 0,7 - 0,75 - 0,8 - 1 - 1,25 - 1,5).
